DALE WAS MY BOSS FOR MANY YEARS, AND IN ALL THOSE YEARS I NEVER SAW HIM GET MAD, HE WAS ALWAYS SMILING, ALWAYS SINGING, AND ALWAYS SIGNING MY BEING LATE TIME CARD SO THE BIG BOSS WOULD NOT KNOW I WAS LATE AGAIN. HE WOULD DO ANYTHING FOR YOU , TO HELP YOU OR JUST BRIGHTEN YOUR DAY, HE WAS ALWAYS SINGING AND TALKING ABOUT RICHIE HAVENS. DALE WAS ONE OF A KIND. HE MADE GOING TO WORK A PLEASURE BECAUSE HE WAS ALWAYS SO CHEERFUL. I MISSED HIM BEFORE I KNEW HE WAS GONE, I AM GOING TO MISS HIM A LOT MORE NOW THAT I KNOW WE CAN NEVER LAUGH AND TALK AGAIN. HE WAS ONE OF A KIND, THE GREATEST, KINDEST BOSS EVER. I AM SO SORRY HE IS GONE. XOXO

I was in the Air Force with Dale in Texas. He was a good friend. We were the same age. I like to search the internet from time to time for old friends. I was really sorry to hear of his passing. I live in New Jersey. If any of the family would like to contact me my email address is dcstolte@aol.com

I was saddened to learn of Dale’s passing. His cheerful presence is sorely missed in the Kings County Courthouse attorneys room. Dale’s constant smile and quick wit lifted everyone’s spirits. RIP.

RIP Uncle Dale! I always wanted to meet you someday. You look and sounded just like my pops your brother. And in this picture, I see that I look a lot like you! I'm sorry I never went into the Marines like I told you I would when you would call when I was little. Hopefully, I'll get to meet you in heaven. Say hi to my pops for me.

Hi Carol and Family,
I just found out that Dale passed from one of your neighbors. My heart goes out to all of you. He was a great guy and always had a joke for me on the bus to the City. I hope you will have the strength with the support of your children, to go on without him.
He will be missed.
Best,
Fay
